Adesewa Susan Adeoye

Adesewa heads the firm’s commercial practice. She has over a decade of experience and experienced in corporate and commercial oil and gas practice. She is also known for resolving and providing solutions to complex issues. Some of her experiences were garnered from tier 1 law firms in the United Kingdom, including Clifford Chance, SJ Berwin LLP. Adesewa works with multinational organizations advising on various areas of business including business restructuring, international arbitration, real estate investment, oil and gas, and international commercial trade.

She advises national and foreign oil companies on the operation of oil & gas assets and negotiates, reviews and drafts the following:

1. gas sale and purchase agreements,
2. productions sharing contracts,
3. farm-in agreements,
4. joint operating agreements,
5. collaboration agreements and service contracts.

Adesewa works with organizations on a broad range of corporate governance, regulatory and policies, and compliance issues.

Adesewa is a litigator and handles matters at superior courts of record in the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
