Dr. Kubi Udofia

Dr. Udofia is a consultant at the firm, he obtained a Ph.D. from the University of Nottingham, a CIRM from the Institute of Risk Management, London, and an LL.M from the University College London. Kubi handles contentious and non-contentious matters and provides legal services to clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial law issues. Kubi is an acknowledged expert in insolvency and restructuring law.

As a scholar practitioner, Kubi taught Corporate and Insolvency Law on an adjunct basis at the University of Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom. He regularly speaks and writes on corporate and commercial law. He is a columnist in The Lawyer which is published on Tuesdays in Thisday Newspaper (a leading daily in Nigeria).
